Q. How do I place an order?
ORDER BY PHONE • View the menus within your location. • Call us at 212-1212. • Place your delivery order. ORDER ONLINE • Select your location. • Select your restaurant. • Place your order. ORDER VIA SMARTPHONE • Download our mobile app via iOS or Android app store. • Specify your location. • Select your restaurant and place your order.
Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Generally within 60 minutes or sooner. But depending on external conditions (restaurant preparation time, weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.), it may arrive later.
Q. What is the minimum per order?
Minimum per order depends on the restaurant you order from. Generally speaking, it is P500.
Q. What if I order below the minimum?
A below the minimum charge of P65 applies for orders below the minimum mandated by the restaurant.
Q. Is there an age limit to place an order?
None really for food. But for alcoholic beverages, we don’t deliver to anyone below 18 years of age. Sorry folks. It’s the law.
Q. What are my payment options?
You can pay by cash, card online or card swipe upon delivery.
If you want to get a credit line for your company, just apply for one by filling out our corporate application form.
Q. Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes you can. Just remember, the delivery charge is separately applied.
Q. Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Yes you can. A per kilometer or per zone fee will apply. The price per zone is specified as you place your order.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
We push the order to your restaurant immediately upon placing your order. So cancellations are only possible if you do so within 2 minutes from placing your order.
Q. Is a tip required?
Not at all. However, you can give tip if you choose to do so.
